How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that pre-order items, such as special edition vinyl or box sets, will ship on or around their official release date as noted on the product page.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for music and apparel?
We accept returns on unworn apparel within 30 days of delivery. However, vinyl records, CDs, and other media must remain in their original factory shrink-wrap to be eligible for a return or exchange.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.

What should I do if my vinyl arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our records, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange for a replacement.
